Refund policy

The customer can, as far as he is a consumer in the sense of § 13 BGB, return the received goods without giving reasons within two weeks. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of the goods and this instruction by the customer.

The actual return delivery can only be made by the courier service that carried out the delivery. A return delivery by Deutsche Post is not possible. The address for the actual acceptance of returned goods is:

Excluded from the right of return are goods that have been manufactured according to customer specifications, have been ordered with prior notice from Sassenbach Handels GmbH at the express request of the customer, or are otherwise clearly tailored to the personal circumstances of the customer.

Consequences of return
In the event of the effective exercise of the right of return, the services received by both parties must be returned and any benefits derived (e.g. advantages of use) must be surrendered. In the event of deterioration of the goods, compensation may be demanded. This does not apply if the deterioration of the goods is due exclusively to their inspection - as would have been possible for the customer, for example, in a store. In addition, the customer can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the goods as an owner and refraining from doing anything that could impair their value (in particular not cutting, bending or otherwise damaging the goods). If the customer makes use of his right of return, the purchase contract becomes void.

In the case of a return shipment, the note: Return shipment must be clearly marked on the package and a copy of the invoice must be enclosed with the shipment, as well as details of the account to which the value of the goods is to be transferred.

Please note that Sassenbach Handels GmbH will not bear the costs of the return shipment. The costs of installation and removal of the goods, as well as other services that the customer has ordered from Sassenbach Handels GmbH in connection with the goods, will not be reimbursed.
